Data Deletion

Deleting your data You can delete your OllieLabs data at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and what we are required to keep.

Delete everything: close your account Email **contact@ollielabs.ai** from the address registered on the account, with the subject **"Delete my data"**. We confirm the request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Deleted: your profile, brands, contacts, deals, tasks, messages, automations, AI agents, and all content received from platforms you connected.

Delete only the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) data Two steps, and you can do the first one yourself at any time:

1. **Revoke our access.** In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy › Settings › Apps and Websites, find **OllieLabs** and choose Remove. This immediately stops any new data from reaching us. 2. **Ask us to erase what we already have.** Removing the app does not delete what was received before. Email **contact@ollielabs.ai** with the subject **"Delete my Meta data"**. We erase the Pages, Instagram accounts, messages, sender profile data, comments and metrics associated with your account within 30 days.

You can also disconnect a channel inside OllieLabs, in the connections screen. That revokes the token but, as above, does not erase past data on its own — send the request so we erase it.

What we keep, and why - **Billing and tax records**, for the period required by law. They contain no platform content. - **Security logs**, for up to 12 months, to investigate abuse. They contain no message content. - **Backups** are overwritten on their own rotation, up to 30 days after deletion.
