Closed beta

Your ad platform is optimising toward the wrong number and it is the only one it can see.

It counts form views because a form view is all that reaches it. We join every door your leads arrive through, send back the stages that actually closed, and then operate the account against that number.

Wired end to end today. A new platform is the same call in a different envelope — it does not change your invoice.

The loop nobody closes

Money goes out through the platform and comes back through a CRM, a chat, a phone call or a counter. Those two halves never meet, so the auction keeps buying whoever fills forms.

The same person, four different names

A phone number here, an email there, a click id somewhere else — and most CRMs overwrite where the contact came from on every visit.

Only part of the funnel is worth returning

Send only purchases and a young account starves. Send everything and you teach the auction that a form view is the goal.

And then somebody has to act on it

A correct number changes nothing on its own. Budget, bids, audiences and creative still have to move against it — every few hours, not every Monday.

The whole loop: every door, one funnel, the stages you choose sent back, and software that runs the media against themA diagram in three acts. On the left, the doors leads actually arrive through — WhatsApp, a site form, a lead ad, a phone call, a walk-in, a spreadsheet — tangled and unconnected. In the middle, OllieLabs captures and joins them into one ordered funnel for one person. On the right, the stages you tick go back to the ad platforms, and an agent moves budget, bids and creative against them, so the ads run again against what actually closed.EVERY DOOR YOU ACTUALLY HAVEONE ORDERED FUNNELWhatsAppSite formLead adPhoneGoogle formLinkedInWalk‑inSpreadsheetOllie captures and joinsevery door, resolved to one personProspect4,120Contact1,840Scheduled610Qualified212Purchase74 · R$112kthe whole funnel is available — you tick what goes backthe stages you chosemoves budget, bids and creativeThe agentruns the media on its ownWHERE OLLIE RUNS THEMthe ads run againWithout the bottom half you have a report. Read it left to right: the doors, the funnel, and what goes back. The bottom half is the part almost nobody sells.

You decide how much autonomy to hand over

Nothing touches your account without permission. Most advertisers start at Data, see the gap, then move up.

We connect the ad accounts and the sales data, join the identities, report the funnel and send the real conversions back. It does not change your campaigns.

  • Identities joined — the same person across every door

The questions that decide it

The ones that come up on every call, answered here so the call is not needed.

What do you need from me to start?

Read access to the ad accounts, and one place where your sales live — a CRM, a spreadsheet, a database, whatever is actually true. If nobody writes down what closed, there is nothing to join and we are the wrong answer.

My sale closes on WhatsApp, on the phone, or across a counter. Does that work?

That is the case this was built for. A checkout is easy and everyone measures it. What almost nothing measures is a deal that closes in a conversation — we keep the touches, resolve them to one person, and return the stage that closed.

Do you change my campaigns?

Only if you ask. On Data we never touch the account. On Assistant we propose and you approve one by one. On Automatic we apply inside limits you set, log every change with the number behind it, and revert in one click.

I already use server-side GTM, Tracklution or a measurement suite. Is this redundant?

Partly, and we say so. Sending data back stopped being rare — three categories of tool do it. What almost nobody does is decide the NEXT spend against that number. If your pipe is already good, you are paying us for the half nobody else sells.

Do I have to change my CRM?

No. We read what is there. If your CRM overwrites the origin on every visit — most do — that is precisely the damage we undo, by keeping every touch instead of the last one.

Does my data get mixed with other advertisers?

No. Nothing is pooled, modelled across accounts or resold. Your conversions go to your ad accounts, and the report is yours.

What happens to the price when the beta closes?

Accounts that join keep the band they joined on for twelve months. The list you see is what it costs after that — there is no second, higher list waiting.

Do I need a developer?

For the connection, no. Where a developer helps is when the sale lives in a system with no export — then somebody has to open a door. We tell you that before you pay, not after.

One flat price per account, stepped by your media

Stepped by how much media you run, in coarse bands. No overage, no fee per campaign or per seat, and never a share of your ad spend — the day it tells you to cut budget it would be cutting its own revenue.

Request access to the closed beta

We open to a few advertisers at a time, because each account brings one more combination of CRM, channel and platform. I read every request myself and answer whether the join is even possible on your setup — usually inside two working days.
